Right Knife for the Job
NKCA Board Members

Meet  NKCA Board Members, Wayne & Mary Koons (pictured below). Wayne & Mary are both very active in collecting and also as NKCA/NKM Board Members. Wayne chairs our Web Committee and Mary chairs our Publishing Committee. Both are NKCA lifetime members and enjoy RV’ing, collecting, and attending all types of knife events. We appreciate all they do for both the NKCA and the Museum!

If peeling an apple is a struggle for you, or if your knuckles crash into the board as you dice an onion, it’s a good bet that you’ve chosen the wrong knife for the job. To sort out which knife might give you better results, consider these guidelines the next time you’re about to reach for your comfy old standby...
