"Ethics is a major branch of
philosophy, encompassing right conduct and good life. It is
significantly broader than the common conception of analyzing right and
wrong. A central aspect of ethics is "the good life," the life worth
living or life that is satisfying, which is held by many philosophers to
be more important than moral conduct." (Wikipedia)

Dealers & Collectors should
always be courteous and polite in their dealings with one
another...Remember the "Golden Rule," Do unto others as you would
have done unto yourself.
-
When at a knife show, ask
permission from the dealer before picking up and handling their
knife.
-
Handle all knives with care,
many of these items are extremely valuable.
-
Always carry a
chamois or soft cloth to
knife shows. Be sure and wipe off the blades, handle & bolster
of each knife you touch. On carbon steel blades, fingerprints
could be everlasting!
-
Ask the dealer's opinions about
the knife in a kind & courteous manner.
-
Do not overly agree or
disagree, use good judgment.
-
Most importantly, remember, we
are a MEMBERSHIP based organization with our main goal being to
promote the hobby of knife collecting.
